IMPORTANT NOTICE: RATE INCREASE

Effective January 5th, 2026, our clinic will be increasing our rates to better align with the Psychologists Association of Alberta, which raised the standard rate per hour in January 2025. We intentionally waited a full year before making any changes. This allowed us to maintain stable pricing for as long as possible while continuing to provide high-quality, client-centred care. If you have any questions regarding the rate change, please contact us.

If booking for a couples, family, or child session, please include all names. When adding benefit details, provide information for the person(s) attending the session. If the appointment is not under the child’s name and we don’t have consent, we may need to cancel the appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

You will be prompted to add a credit card when booking. We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A fee of half the session cost applies for late cancellations or missed appointments.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: ST. ALBERT (GREEN GROVE DRIVE OFFICE)

Please note, there is NO ELEVATOR at this location. Please see our North Edmonton location if elevator access is required for your appointment. It is about 15 mintues from the Green Grove Drive office.

NOTICE FOR MINOR APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS

Please note, for all minor clients consent from both parents is required, unless there is a court order or parenting order in place. Our team would need to review any documents before proceeding with an appointment. Please set up the account online under the minor’s name and call our office to book an appointment so we can ensure the proper paperwork and details are included on the account.
