Hey there – I’m really glad you’re here. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re not entirely sure what you want to talk about yet. That is okay. Whether you’re feeling anxious all the time, stuck in your own head, dealing with school stress, or just trying to figure yourself out — this is a safe space to talk it through. I work a lot with teens and young adults who are navigating the pressure to be “perfect,” feeling disconnected from others, struggling with low self-esteem, or just burnt out. If any of that sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
If you’re a parent of a struggling teen — welcome. I’m here to support your child in developing confidence, emotional balance, and healthy coping skills in a safe and trusted environment. If you’re an adult facing anxiety, burnout, life changes, or old wounds that still show up — you’re not alone. This is a space where you can feel seen, supported, and gain the tools to move forward.
My approach is casual, non-judgmental, and built around your needs. Therapy with me isn’t about being “fixed” — it’s about being heard, understood, and supported while you learn how to handle life in a way that feels right for you. You are the expert on your life. My role? To walk alongside you, make sense of things, and offer tools that actually work.
