If booking for a couples, family, or child session, please include all names. When adding benefit details, provide information for the person(s) attending the session. If the appointment is not under the child’s name and we don’t have consent, we may need to cancel the appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

You will be prompted to add a credit card when booking. We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A fee of half the session cost applies for late cancellations or missed appointments.

Our St. Albert location is in a house. PLEASE park on the driveway or around the corner by the mailboxes. Please use the side entrance; there’s a path to the right of the front door. After entering, have a seat. Your therapist will greet you when ready.

The new St. Albert location will be located in Campbell Business Park and provide the same variety of services as all of our other locations with an emphasis on sports and performance psychology.
